Worst Wendys ever. Gross sticky floors trash overflowing, people with long hair and no hairnets (with hair flying all over the place). They got my order wrong, gave it to somebody else then tried to give it back to me after the other people had opened it. Bathrooms were gross. People didn't have a clue what to do to fix anything. I ordered a frosty (mainly because I didn't think they could screw that up and I wanted a receipt so I can get the complaint line's number) and the machine was 'froze up'. When it wouldn't work, the lady didn't apologize... Instead she got disgusted and slammed down the cup and said "she 'gon hav ta' wait". Pitiful. Zero customer service skills.

This meal reminds me of why we don't go to Wendy's. This was absolutely the driest burger I've ever had at a Wendy's. Bad idea.

Worst Wendys ever!! It took me repeating my order four times for them to get it right. Even after having to repeat my order so many times they only gave me half of my order. When I talked to them about missing some items they looked at me like I was out of my mind. I hope it was just a bad day here.

This Wendy's actually cared about presentation. The front counter lady was rejecting some of the sandwiches getting sent out. I was very surprised by this. They also made all of the individual orders for my crew. This can bew tedious. They keep it clean as well. I was very surprised.

TERRIBLE!!!WORST WENDY'S EVER!! STAY AWAY!!!! Staff refuses to wait on customers. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed.....we waited at the register for almost ten minutes while the employes would not even make eye contact with our whole family. Drove ten minutes down the freeway to Applebees. Much better.

Was impressed how fast they did my order at the drive thru. The only thing they didnt put salt on the fries but better to have no salt then over salted. The burger was good too.
